Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Bluepeak Bridge Care Services supports families and individuals in Buffalo with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
