Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Rivermark Keystone Care Services provides in-home and community support in Jackson, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
