Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Highbridge Haven Medical Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in complaint handling and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
