Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Clearpath Birch Farms is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 109 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on packing house output. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
