Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Northwind Kestrel Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in safety records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
