Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Ironwood West Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Charleston, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in exhibitions and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
