Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Summit Wilder Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Memphis region, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in materials orders and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on safety records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
