Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Linden Legal Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Investigate trends in client files and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
