Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Ember Markets Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in online orders and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on promotions. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
