Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Bluepeak Bridge Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Oakland region. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in grower contracts and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
