Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Redstone Granite Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Boise, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 220 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in repair requests and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
