Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Redstone Iron Learning Group is an education provider in Oklahoma City serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on school calendars. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
