Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Amberfield Fern Legal Group provides legal services in Cleveland across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in trust accounts and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
