Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Bluepeak Maple Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
