Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Bright Basin Health runs clinics and patient services around San Diego, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in insurance authorisations and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
