Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Stonegate Keystone Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Spokane presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Investigate trends in ticketing and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on school partnerships. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
