Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Wren Telecom Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. We invest in training. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on service installations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
