Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Greenridge Logistics is a Jackson company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in customer estimates and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on service appointments. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
