Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Timber Early Learning Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
