Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Union Civic Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Investigate trends in public records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
