Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Summit Bridge Care Services provides in-home and community support in Providence. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in client records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
