Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Sable Water Authority and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in treatment plant data and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on capital projects. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
