Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Redstone Granite Housing manages affordable housing communities across Atlanta, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in repair requests and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
