Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Rivermark Glen Health Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in insurance authorisations and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
