Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Fernwood Hollow Arts Center Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in event logistics and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
