Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Iron Early Learning and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on meal programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
