Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Rivermark Mill Banking Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in deposit accounts and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
