Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Westbrook Vale Markets is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in shrink and waste and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on promotions. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
