Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Greenridge Union Banking Services is a regional lender in Tucson with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in branch operations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
