Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Highbridge Logistics supplies farm and food customers across the Kansas City region. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 489 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in packing house output and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on field records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
