Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Clearpath Haven Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Des Moines area. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in student accounts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
