Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Rivermark Fern Health Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
