Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Ironwood Loom Early Learning is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Investigate trends in licensing records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
