Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Keystone Transit Planning and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in route schedules and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
