Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Haven Learning Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Families are partners. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in attendance records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
