Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Stonegate Ivory Legal Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in client files and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on court deadlines. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
