Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Wilder Medical and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
