Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Northwind Banking Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in card disputes and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on account openings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
