Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Rowan Transit Planning and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 799 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in survey data and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on ridership counts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
