Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Northwind Willow Staffing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Investigate trends in temp assignments and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
