Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen North Insurance and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in policy renewals and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on underwriting files. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
