Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Clearpath Bright Community Partners Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in volunteer shifts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
