Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Cedar Rowan Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Fort Worth area. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in reviews and feedback and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on housekeeping schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
