Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Clearpath Wren Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Detroit. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in caregiver training and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
