Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Rivermark Cedar Banking Services Holdings is a community-focused bank in Seattle serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in loan files and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
