Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ember Financial and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
