Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Bright Arts Center is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on visitor services. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
