Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Clearpath West Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Jackson region. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in service connections and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on usage data. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
