Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ivory Facilities and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in contractor visits and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
