Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Lumen Bright Staffing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in retention and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on temp assignments. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
